Do I need to create an account?

Yes. For a subscription order to be processed a payment method must be securely stored and associated to your account created with The Paper Store online.

Where can I purchase a Subscription Box from The Paper Store?

The Paper Store’s Subscription Box is exclusively available online at www.thepaperstore.com, it is not available in our stores.

Can I use a coupon or discount on the Subscription Box?

Due to the tremendous value each carefully curated Subscription Box provides, no further discounts can be applied. The average Subscription Box offers a $150 value for only $59.99 plus tax.

How often does my Subscription Box ship?

Subscription Boxes are sent out quarterly on the following schedule: Winter (shipping in November), Spring (shipping in February), Summer (shipping in May) and Early Fall (shipping in August). Subscription box purchases are shipped FREE within the continental United States via Ground Service.

Can I buy just one box and not get it quarterly?

No. When you sign up, you are agreeing to a 12-month subscription, shipping quarterly for $59.99 each (total of $239.96) plus tax.

When will I be billed?

Upon signing up, your credit card will be authorized $59.99 plus tax to confirm your card has the available funds – it will not be charged at this time. You will then be charged $59.99 plus tax quarterly when your box ships.

Can I change the items in my Subscription Box?

Our Subscription Box contains an assortment of gifts across various categories, carefully curated from our expert Buying Team to bring you great new items, best sellers and an amazing value. Items cannot be edited by the consumer.

Can I return my Subscription Box?

No. Subscription Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Individual items cannot be returned separately.

Can I buy multiple Subscription Box as gifts for my friends?

Yes! This is a great way to share your love from The Paper Store and they make a great gift that keeps on giving. Since each order can only have one ship to address, you will need to place a separate order for each Subscription Box service you are gifting. Please remember that you are making a commitment to 4 Subscription Boxes annually with each gifted Subscription Box. This will renew automatically the following year (after the 4 shipments are complete) unless you cancel.

Can I cancel my Subscription Box subscription?

Subscriptions are considered a 12 month term and automatically renew. If you’d like to cancel your Subscription after receiving your fourth box, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled shipment date; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. There are no cancellation fees. The Paper Store does not place “holds” or “skips” on subscriptions. Once eligible, cancellation is fast and easy to do by contacting our Customer Service team by phone at 844-480-7100 or email. After our Customer Service department completes your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming that your Subscription has been successfully cancelled. Please retain this email for your records.
