Get your order faster by placing an order for free, in-store pickup!

    Step 1: Select "Pick Up In Store Free" for eligible products, or while in your shopping bag to choose a store convenient to you
    Step 2: After your order is processed, we'll send you an email to let you know when it's ready to pick up. Most orders are ready within 2 hours.
    Step 3: Pick up your order in store. Don't forget your ID and confirmation email!

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.99 for orders below $75. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Orders above $75 receive free standard shipping (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax and after any discounts or coupons). Excludes orders shipping items with shipping surcharges. Orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping will reflect shipping discount in cart. If you select a method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Shipping offers are not valid on prior purchases and may be modified or concluded at any time.

Expected delivery date excludes holidays. Please allow extra time for orders placed on or around a holiday period. Business days are Monday through Friday.

At this time, shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Orders

For your convenience, The Paper Store offers rush delivery for a flat rate with Expedited and Express Shipping.
  • Express (2-3 Business Days): $19.99
  • Expedited (1-3 Business Days): $24.99

Orders will be shipped out the following business day.

Expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes.

At this time, shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Oversized Item Surcharges

Additional shipping charges may apply to some large/heavy items. If your item has an additional shipping charge, this surcharge will appear on the product page and in your shopping cart on the checkout page(s) and you will still be responsible for the cost of your shipping method; surchage items do not qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Simply click the tracking link to see the status of your order and a projected delivery date. Please allow 3-4 business days for tracking information to be available.

FAQs

I Just Placed My Order, When Will I Receive It?

Please note that while we are doing our best to get your order out the door, you may still experience shipping delays as we're taking extra safety measures in our distribution center.

Expedited orders will leave our distribution center within 1 business day of placement and will arrive based on the method chosen:
  • Next Day Air: 1-2 Business Days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2-3 Business Days

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of Standard shipments.

Why Haven't I Received My Entire Order?

The Paper Store makes every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may need to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order include:

  • Item availability
  • Shipping from different fulfillment centers

Please note that when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional shipping fee and you are not charged until your order ships. When your order has been split into multiple shipments, you should receive tracking information for each shipment in your shipping email confirmation.

My Order was Delivered but I Didn't Receive It—What Do I Do?

If your tracking details show your order has been delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 48 hours following delivery confirmation before reporting the package as lost or stolen—some tracking displays a delivered status prior to arrival to the final destination.

If it has been more than 48 hours following the delivery confirmation:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
  • Look around the delivery location for your package (on the porch, near the garage, behind bushes, etc.)
  • See if someone else in your household, or a neighbor, accepted the delivery
  • Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers, double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail
