Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $75 excluding in store pick up items (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). Shipping surcharges on over-sized items will still apply. Orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping will have shipping discounts displayed in cart. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Due to the Coronavirus and the steps that have needed to be taken to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees orders will typically ship within 3-4
business days, excluding weekends. Due to the Orders typically arrive within 7 - 10 business days. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times.
Customers have the ability to place orders online and pickup that order at a store location within 1 hour of placing the order. Customers can also place orders in stores for items they want to purchase in another store if the store they are currently in does not have the item they are looking for.
What products are available to buy online and pickup in store?
Items available for in-store pick up will be marked with a button to select “Pick Up In Store Free.” You will need to put in your zip code to see the store with inventory in your area. Some promotional items such as “Daily Deals” and timed offers are ineligible for Buy Online Pickup In Store.
When will my order be ready?
A pickup order is available the same day for pickup as long as the order was placed between 9AM and 8PM that day. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing your order. Please wait to receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup before traveling to the pickup store.
Will I receive notifications regarding the status of my order?
You will receive an email when you place the order, and another when the order is ready for pickup. Please do not go to pick up your order until you receive the email that states it is ready.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Please look for the register that is designated for pickup orders. You will not need to wait in line and if you want to buy items while you are in the store, we can easily add those on to your transaction and accept payment at the same time you are picking up your order.
What do I need to pick up my order?
The individual picking up the order must have a copy of the receipt, or the email confirmation that was sent to the customer letting them know their order is ready. No orders can be picked up without this documentation.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Online pickup orders are held for 3 days. If you do not pick up your online order within the 3 days, the order will be put back and no charges will be applied to the card, and the hold will fall off. For in store pickup orders, these have been paid for, therefore we will hold the order until it is picked up.
