Does my Crown Rewards membership ever expire?

Your membership will only expire if it is not used within two years. If your membership has expired, you can enroll again to receive a new membership number. You can join at any of The Paper Store locations.

How can I get a replacement Crown Rewards membership card?

Please contact Hallmark Customer Service for a replacement Crown Rewards membership card. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You can also call 1-800-HALLMARK (1-800-425-5627) to get a replacement card. Say "Crown Rewards" and follow the prompts.

To print a temporary card:

  1. Go to hallmark.com
  2. Log into your account
  3. Click on "Crown Rewards"
  4. Click on your "Member number" (top right)
  5. Click on "Print temporary card"
  6. Select printer option
  7. Click on "Print"

When do Crown Rewards points expire?

Points will never expire if you earn 600 points each calendar year. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance.

Can I transfer Crown Rewards points to another account?

Yes, points can be transferred if multiple accounts have been set up or an immediate family member has passed away. Please contact Hallmark Customer Service to make the transfer at 1-800-HALLMARK (1-800-425-5627).
