As a family owned and operated company of over 50 years, the message of giving back and helping others is at the heart of what we do. In partnership with our generous customers, The Paper Store has raised over $1,500,000 in the last five years to help those in need.
Other Charitable Partnerships
Dana Farber Cancer Institute
The Paper Store is proud to have a long standing partnership with the world-renowned Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
a world leader in adult and pediatric cancer research and care. The mission of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is to provide expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer while advancing the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, cure, and prevention of cancer and related diseases.
The Paper Store supports Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through employee fundraising drives, rally events as well as corporate and customer donations.
Keeping It Local
With stores throughout the Northeast, The Paper Store likes to find ways to give back to those in immediate need in their communities.
Assistance has been provided to those affected by fire and natural disasters, as well as fallen police and firefighters and local food pantries & shelters.
The Paper Store also likes to carry products that support charitable causes both in our communities and abroad. We actively look to bring in new vendors that help make our world a better place.
Annual November Gift of Giving Charity Event
Each November, The Paper Store holds a multi-day charity event called the “Gift of Giving.” An exclusive ornament is created for this event and the net proceeds from the ornament’s sale benefits charitable organizations. In addition to helping to support charity, the customer also receives 20% off their purchase as a thank you.
2018’s Gift of Giving Charity Event will benefit 22 food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens across the Northeast, specifically chosen this year by our employees.
