SUBSCRIPTION BOX TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following information is about The Paper Store’s Subscription Box service. By purchasing a subscription box from The Paper Store you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Subscription Boxes are available exclusively online at www.thepaperstore.com and are not available for purchase in our stores.

Subscription Boxes

The Paper Store’s Subscription Box (also referred to as "Subscription" or “Seasonal Box” or “Box”) consists of an initial Subscription Box and then quarterly boxes sent out thereafter—Winter (shipping in November), Spring (shipping in February), Summer (shipping in May) and Early Fall (shipping in August). Each Subscription Box contains an assortment of gifts across various categories which is carefully curated by our experienced Buying Team experts. Due to the tremendous value each carefully curated Subscription Box provides, no further discounts can be applied. The average Subscription Box offers a $150 value for only $69.99 plus tax.

Product will be as shown as pictured unless otherwise noted (occasionally there may be an assorted item with various colors/styles that will be included and may differ from what is pictured). The Paper Store reserves the right to substitute an item of greater or equal value if an inventory issue occurs.

Billing

When you sign up for a Subscription Box, you are agreeing to a subscription of four shipments at $69.99 each (total of $279.96 plus tax) which will automatically renew after the 4th shipment unless cancelled. After your initial Subscription Box order is placed, your card will be authorized for $69.99 plus tax to confirm your card has the available funds – it will not be charged at this time. Authorizations will fall off based upon your banking institutions policies. Your card will only be charged $69.99 plus tax when your Subscription Box ships. Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original order date at the intial purchase price (after you've had your subscription for a year).

For Customers that enrolled in The Paper Store Subscription Box program with the first box, will receive their next shipments at the price purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not allowed until after 4 quarterly subscription boxes have shipped under the users account. After the 4th shipment you can cancel any future shipment at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled shipment date. Once eligible, cancellation is fast and easy to do by contacting our Customer Service team by phone at 844-480-7100 or email. After our Customer Service Department completes your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming that your Subscription has been successfully cancelled. Please retain this email for your records.

Return Policy

All Subscription Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on the box or individual items. If your Subscription Box does not arrive or product is damaged, The Paper Store must be notified via email at [email protected] or phone at 844-480-7100 within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If The Paper Store is not notified within the specified timeframe, The Paper Store can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping

All Subscription Box purchases are shipped FREE within the continental United States via Ground Service. Since this is a reoccurring shipment, please ensure the shipping address has a safe and secure location for the Subscription Box to be left in the case you are not at home. You will receive a tracking confirmation via email each time your Subscription Box ships to you. If your box is missing or damaged, please refer to the Return Policy section above.

Change in Payment

You can change or update your payment method at least 1 business day prior to the Subscription Box shipping. Log into your Account at www.thepaperstore.com. Click on My Subscriptions located under your Account Information. View the active subscription that you would like to update by clicking on View Subscription. From the Payment Method drop down select the payment method that you would like to update your subscription box payment method to. Once you have selected your new payment method select SAVE CHANGES. You will receive an email confirming that your payment method has been successfully updated. Please retain this email for your records.

Please note that if you would like to add a new payment method, you will need to add a new payment method to your Payment Options, located under Account Information.

Change in Shipment Address

You can change or update your shipping address at least 1 business day prior to the Subscription Box shipping. Log into your Account at www.thepaperstore.com. Click on My Subscriptions located under your Account Information. View the active subscription that you would like to update by clicking on View Subscription. From the Shipping Address drop down select the address that you would like to ship your subscription box to. Once you have selected your new address select SAVE CHANGES. You will receive an email confirming that your shipping address has been successfully updated. Please retain this email for your records.

Please note that if you would like to add a new shipping address, you will need to add a new address to your Address Book located under Account Information.
