Our Benefits

Participation in all plans is optional and benefits eligibility and coverage is based on position and employment status.

Health Care

Eligible full-time associates may choose to opt into one of our generous group health care plans. We offer both individual and family coverage plans.

Dental Care

Eligible full-time associates may opt into our generous group dental care plan.

Retirement Plan – 401 (K)

After one year of employment, eligible associates may choose to have pre-tax money automatically deducted from their pay and placed into a retirement investment account that can build wealth and help you plan for your retirement.

Short-Term Disability

This coverage provides an income replacement benefit in case an eligible associate is unable to perform their job due to a non-work related accident or illness.

Associate Discount

The associate discount begins on the first day of employment and is for both full-time and part-time associates and their eligible dependents. Associates will receive a 20% discount on most merchandise purchases excluding clearance merchandise and merchandise that is on temporary promotion. Some restrictions do apply.

Paid Time Off

Eligible full-time associates have paid time off available to them based on their position and length of service. This includes vacation pay, sick pay, holiday pay, and bereavement pay.
