• Baggallini recommends hand-washing all of their items with a mild detergent or dish soap for an all-over cleaning. They do not recommend machine washing. If you have a spot or stain, you may want to visit a dry cleaner for consultation/cleaning before applying any cleaning solutions to the bag. Any damages resulting from faulty washing will not be covered by warranty.

• This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in handbags and travel accessories manufactured by baggallini. This includes defects in zipper pulls, zippers, snaps, stitching, dye bleeding, and any other defects that may occur under normal wear. baggallini does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions.
